PROJECT MANAGEMENT | |||||
Dedicated Project Manager
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager for your innovation programme. He/she will be your first point of contact.
| |||||
Monthly Review
We will invite you to a full review of the project or programme progress on a monthly basis, and seek to learn any lessons that have been identified.
| |||||
Weekly Progress Reporting
You will receive a weekly red/amber/green project health status report, with an overview of milestones completed per week, what is planned for the forthcoming week, and if there are any potential roadblocks.

INNOVATION STRATEGY | |||||
NPD Project Scoping Workshop
Business Model Design
Research has shown that business model innovation can create up to 25x greater competitive advantage compared to product and process innovation. Yet, only 17% of companies have invested in evaluating their business model design.
| |||||
Product Launch Planning
Product launch planning involves drafting up a summary of ideas, activities, and processes a company uses to release its product in the market. The product launch plan also includes pre-launch market research, beta testing plan, and user onboarding plan.
| |||||
Market Research Consultancy
We know that new product development is expensive – and risky. We also know that the appropriate involvement of the target audience during the innovation process will de-risk your investment and enable you to bring your product to market quicker. This is why we’ve developed a range of highly cost-effective and agile, new product development research approaches for B2C and B2B clients that can be deployed at different stages of the NPD process from ideation, to concept evaluation, prototype testing, launch campaign evaluation, and post-launch monitoring.
| |||||
Innovation Culture Maturity Assessment
Innovation Culture Maturity Coaching
Our innovation consultants will work with your management and leadership team to cultivate a culture of innovation with tailored tools, processes, and actions across company silos.
| |||||
NPD Feasibility Study
During the feasibility stage of product development, a company needs to gather information and perform analysis to assess the feasibility or develop the business case for a new product. The fact that investment in product development and the cost of design changes increase rapidly after the feasibility stage emphasizes the importance of doing your homework well at the feasibility stage. The following areas questions need to be evaluated as a basis to proceed beyond the feasibility stage:
| |||||
MECHANICAL DESIGN | |||||
3D Modelling | |||||
3D Simulation | |||||
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), is a simulation tool used for analyzing complex thermal and fluid phenomena. It is instrumental in maintaining the quality and safety of many products we use on a day to day basis, such as an automobile or even the house we live in. CFD software is indispensable for “Front-loading” product development to ensure the best product concepts are identified early in the design process. Design quality will be improved during the conceptual design phase by conducting basic studies of fluid and thermal phenomena that directly affect product performance.
| |||||
Design for Assembly (DfA)
Design for assembly (DFA) is a process by which products are designed with ease of assembly in mind. If a product contains fewer parts it will take less time to assemble, thereby reducing assembly and production costs. DFA assists with the quickest and smoothest transition of the product from development into production.
| |||||
Design for Manufacturability (DfM)
Design for manufacturability (DFM) is the general engineering practice of designing products in such a way that they are easy to manufacture. The concept exists in almost all engineering disciplines, but the implementation differs widely depending on the manufacturing technology.
| |||||
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
The finite element method (FEA) is the most widely used method for solving problems of engineering and mathematical models. Typical problem areas of interest include the traditional fields of structural analysis, heat transfer, fluid flow, mass transport, and electromagnetic potential.

Freedom to Operate (FTO) Analysis
Freedom to Operate (FTO) is an analysis to determine whether a product, technology or invention may infringe on someone else's patent claims. The goal of an FTO is to give the client (inventor or company) a list of patents upon which their product or technology could be infringing.
